Do you have a passion for movies and the film industry? Do
you love the Oscars? Then stop here and let me give you my opinion on what’s
worth seeing and what’s overrated.
This blog is for anyone who enjoys movies. In this blog I
plan to review movies, from acting to overall entertainment value. This is my
first attempt at a blog and reviewing movies in a professional way. I will
review movies of every genre and rating, from PG family movies to R rated
horror films and everything in between. It will also be a combination of old
films to newly released films.
This blog is to help those people who stand at a Redbox or
are spending hours skimming through Netflix and just can’t decide what to
watch. It’s also intended to help make your decisions of is it worth the $10+
to see this movie in the theater vs. waiting for the DVD release dilemma we are
all faced with. Even if you just want to know if a movie is appropriate for your
child or tastes that is what I am trying to provide. I am not a professional by
any means; I am just a girl who has loved movies for as long as she can
remember giving my humble opinions on movies I have watched.
Looking forward to your reviews!!!
ReplyDeleteNice work Vanessa. You have made some good points. I have found myself skimming through Redbox and Netflix, only to walk away or turn it off without choosing anything at all.
ReplyDeleteHello Nessa this is Maija Monreaux. I love that you have created this blog and never would have thought that I would find one that I would love to add to my blog links. I know a lot of people who watch films as I am a very big watcher myself. I try to keep up with most film festivals as well and their newbies. I hope to turn my novels into films and when I do I will be sure to include you on the press release. I look forward to watching this site grow and who knows the next Great Ebert could difinately be in the making. Good Luck
ReplyDeleteHey Nessa, great job creating the blog! It is visually appealing and has a great topic. It would be great to get some useful information from peers that are not industry gatekeepers. Look forward to reading more!
